This program involves business-purpose commercial lending, not consumer mortgage lending. Loans are made exclusively to LLCs and corporations, do not involve owner-occupied residential properties, and are not for personal or consumer purposes. As a result, RESPA’s consumer referral-fee restrictions do not apply. Partners are compensated for introductions only and do not participate in loan pricing, negotiation, or underwriting.
